Rombalds Stride is 23 mile challenge than involves 2900ft of climbing and is organised every year by the 15th Airedale Scout Group. The course, which begins and finishes at St Oswald's Junior School has to be completed within 10 hours. This years Rombaslds Stride took place on February the 4th. Congratulations to all those who took part!
The Scout hut is available to hire to anyone who has a direct connection to the Group, unfortunately we are unable to take bookings from anyone who is not known to us. If you wish to book the hut, please complete the booking form (making sure you make your connection to us clear) and send it to the bookings officer who will check availability-send no money at this stage. The bookings officer will let you know if we can accept your booking and will make arrangements with you for the payment of the deposit/booking fee.
